Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements, user responses and website data to create User Flow and define Requirements Specification.
- Create User Story to conceptualize digital service or product.
- Create overall concepts for the user experience within business and commercial webpages or products, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and easy for users.
- Create, improve, and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, IA, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.
- Present and defend your decisions. All your interface, design decisions should be based on the overall UX roadmap as well as your own fundamental principles. (i.e. Business Guide, UX theory with color theory and visual weight, UX Guide of enterprise, etc.)
- Continually keep yourself and your UIUX stakeholder updated with the latest changes in your industry’s standards.
- Design the aesthetics to be implemented within a website or product, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts
- Conduct testing of completed applications, websites, software to Assess user experience.
Requirements
- Five or more years of experience and proven track record.
- Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
- Experience using tools such as Axsure, Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch for wireframing and simple prototyping.
- Creative ideas with problem solving mindset.
- Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.
- Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.
Preferences
- Business English skill.
- Ability to build UX strategy.
- Ability to build CX strategy.
- Experience working for commercial web service.
